搶耳音樂」是致力音樂培訓及產業推廣的音樂品牌,於2016年創立,隸屬於香港家禾風文化有限公司(JHF)。根植香港,搶耳透過音樂與藝術的跨界合作、跨地域交流,培育新一代音樂及文創人才,並推動華語新音樂與亞洲及全球的音樂連結。

在音樂培訓方面,搶耳音樂深耕細作,累積豐富經驗。由2019年起連續舉辦五屆的「搶耳廠牌訓練營」培育及孵化中小音樂廠牌,由香港音樂界資深音樂人及監製泰迪羅賓、王雙駿、馮翰銘、李一丁、梁基爵、馮穎琪、李端嫻、于逸堯等擔任導師,提供專業建議及指導,協助音樂人由創作走向創業,豐富香港音樂產業生態及樂壇光譜。

目前,搶耳音樂已孵化培訓100組香港本地音樂單位,為香港樂壇培育新力軍,包括:美國格林美音樂獎2024首輪入圍者及投票會員XTIE、「2021叱咤樂壇生力軍女歌手金獎」張蔓姿、2018 CASH金帆音樂獎最佳編曲及最佳樂隊演繹per se、新城勁爆頒獎禮2023「勁爆新人獎」CHARMING WAY、2021金曲獎最佳專輯製作人獎Hirsk、香港新生代知名樂隊The Hertz、Whizz、無伴奏合唱團SENZA等。

承前啓後,2025年的最新項目「響朵音樂夏令營」,匯聚香港本地眾多頂尖音樂人、藝術家及文創專業人士,攜手培養新一代音樂人與跨媒介藝術創作者,從香港出發,同世界聯繫。

搶耳音樂過往主要項目,包括由香港特別行政區政府「創意香港」主要贊助的系列文創項目:「搶耳音樂廠牌計劃」旨在培育香港音樂人創立及發展自己的音樂品牌」;「搶耳全球」贊助並帶領香港音樂人參加全球各地重要的音樂節演出,並進行參訪考察,與國際同行交流連結;「搶耳巡演」側重市場推廣,幫助香港音樂人具策略地推廣音樂,拓展中國內地音樂市場;另外,「搶耳 Gig On」致力將本地音樂與時尚設計產業在網上推廣。

由2017年開始,搶耳音樂共帶領45組香港音樂單位,前往海外16個音樂節表演,包括:美國三藩市Noise Pop 音樂節、英國FOCUS Wales音樂節、西班牙Primavera Sound春之聲音樂節、加拿大BreakOut West音樂節、韓國 Zandari Festa(弘大音樂節)、新加坡 Baybeats 音樂節、德國慕尼黑Sound of Munich Now音樂節、菲律賓Rakrakan音樂節、上海草莓音樂節等。

與此同時,2018年創立「搶耳博覽」,以香港為中心,連結亞洲及全球音樂人和從業者,融匯各方創意和商機,推廣新音樂及新廠牌。搶耳博覽邀請國際音樂代表參與,為亞洲及國際音樂單位提供展演機會,搭建演出及合作的橋樑。曾參與國際代表包括:日本 Fuji Rock音樂節創辦人Jason Mayall、英國 Clastonbury Festival 高級顧問、The Great Escape聯合創辦人Martin Elbourne等。參演樂隊包括:五條人、重塑雕像的權利、惘聞、SeSo Neon、temp.、老王樂隊、周雲蓬、FAZI 法茲、The Crane 鶴、Kiki等。

Ear Up Music is a music brand dedicated to music training and industry promotion. Established in 2016, it is part of JHF Culture Limited (JHF). Rooted in Hong Kong, Ear Up fosters a new generation of music and creative talents through cross-disciplinary collaborations in music and the arts, as well as cross-regional exchanges. It also aims to connect new Chinese-language music with the music scenes in Asia and globally.

In terms of music training, Ear Up Music has accumulated extensive experience through years of dedication. Since 2019, it has organized five consecutive editions of the Ear Up Incubation Camp, which nurtures and incubates small and medium-sized music labels. The program features veteran Hong Kong musicians and producers, including Teddy Robin, Pong Nan, Alex Fung, Peter Kam, Leon Ko, Vicky Fung, Chiu Tsang Hei, and Edward Chan, as mentors. They provide professional advice and guidance, helping musicians transition from creation to entrepreneurship, thereby enriching Hong Kong’s music industry ecosystem and musical diversity.

To date, Ear Up Music has incubated and trained 100 Hong Kong-based music groups, cultivating new talent for the local music scene. Notable alumni include:

  • XTIE, a first-round nominee and voting member for the 2024 Grammy Awards,
  • Gigi Cheung, winner of the "2021 Ultimate Song Chart Awards - Best New Female Singer Gold Award,"
  • per se, winner of the "Best Arrangement" and "Best Band Performance" at the 2018 CASH Golden Sail Music Awards,
  • CHARMING WAY, recipient of the "Best New Artist Award" at the 2023 Metro Radio Hits Music Awards,
  • Hirsk, winner of the "Best Album Producer Award" at the 2021 Golden Melody Awards,
  • Emerging Hong Kong indie bands such as The Hertz and Whizz,
  • The renowned a cappella group SENZA, among others.

Looking ahead, the latest project for 2025, the All Ears Summer Camp, will bring together top local musicians, artists, and creative professionals in Hong Kong to collaboratively nurture a new generation of musicians and cross-media art creators. This initiative focuses on fostering creativity locally while building connections globally.

Major past projects of Ear Up Music include a series of creative initiatives primarily sponsored by the Create HK of the Hong Kong SAR Government. These include:

  • The Ear Up Incubation Programme, which nurtures Hong Kong musicians in establishing and developing their own music brands,
  • Ear Up Global, which sponsors and leads Hong Kong musicians to perform at major music festivals worldwide, conduct visits and studies, and connect with international peers,
  • Ear Up Tour, which focuses on market promotion, helping Hong Kong musicians strategically promote their music and expand into the Mainland Chinese market,
  • Ear Up Gig On, which promotes local music alongside the fashion and design industries online.

Since 2017, Ear Up Music has led 45 Hong Kong music groups to perform at 16 overseas music festivals, including:

  • Noise Pop Music Festival in San Francisco, USA,
  • FOCUS Wales Music Festival in the UK,
  • Primavera Sound Music Festival in Spain,
  • BreakOut West Music Festival in Canada,
  • Zandari Festa (Hongdae Music Festival) in South Korea,
  • Baybeats Music Festival in Singapore,
  • Sound of Munich Now Music Festival in Germany,
  • Rakrakan Music Festival in the Philippines,
  • Strawberry Music Festival in Shanghai, among others.

Additionally, in 2018, Ear Up Music launched Ear Hub, a platform that connects musicians and professionals from Asia and around the world, with Hong Kong as its center. Ear Hub integrates creativity and business opportunities, promoting new music and emerging music labels. International music representatives are invited to participate, providing performance and collaboration opportunities for Asian and international music groups. Past participants include:

  • Jason Mayall, founder of Japan’s Fuji Rock Festival,
  • Martin Elbourne, senior consultant of the UK’s Glastonbury Festival and co-founder of The Great Escape.

Participating bands have included Wutiaoren, Rebuilding The Right Of Statues, Wang Wen, SeSo Neon, temp., Lao Wang BandZhou Yunpeng, FAZI, The Crane, Kiki, and many others.
