This website ("the Site") is owned by the Ear Up Music and hosted in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Ear Up Music is committed to protecting the privacy of its website visitors in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of Hong Kong. WHEN AND HOW DOES EAR UP MUSIC COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION?

If you no longer wish to receive one or more types of these communications, Ear Up Music will honour your request. To unsubscribe, simply follow the instructions Ear Up Music includes in the mailings, such as the “link to unsubscribe” you will find in the Ear Up Music email messages. In the event that Ear Up Music wishes to use your personal information for any purpose other than the purpose for which it was collected, Ear Up Music must seek your consent first. In any event, Ear Up Music shall ensure that your personal information is not subject to unnecessary risk of disclosure.

Collecting Information from Children

Ear Up Music continuously seeks ways to improve the Site for our users. In order to do this Ear Up Music makes use of third-party analytics tools to better understand who are using the Site and how. Giving priority to the protection of your personal information, Ear Up Music has implemented strict security precautions.
